I’ve missed a payment, what do I do?
Oops! Don't worry, we know this can happen from time to time.
If your monthly or annual payment has been declined, we need to correct this as soon as possible so your membership is not interrupted.
If your payment has declined due to insufficient funds, we'll try again before your membership is put on hold.
Usually, the second or third attempt is successful and no action is required from you. If your payment declines more than five times, your membership will be put on hold until you update your credit card via the steps here.
Once you update your credit card details, your membership will be restored and all of your missed payment/s will be debited in the following days.
